Overview

Share dashboards publicly via links, embed on websites, or export as PDFs and images. Control access with password protection while maintaining data security and governance. Sharing Options:
  • Public Link with Optional Embed: Share public URL and even generate embed code for websites as an iframe
  • Password Protected Link: Create shareable URL requiring password input
  • Export: Download as PDF or PNG

Data Security: Sharing respects underlying data permissions. Users only see data they have access to, even on shared dashboards.

Sharing Options

Open Share Menu

Click Share button in dashboard top-right corner.

Configure public link

Enable public link sharing, optionally add password protection, and configure export permissions. Copy the URL to share or generate embed code for websites.

Or Export Dashboard

Export dashboards as PDF or PNG for offline viewing, presentations, or external sharing.

Best Practices

Test Public Links Incognito: Before sharing public links, test in private/incognito browser to verify experience.
Optimize for PDF: Dashboards with 20+ figs produce huge PDFs. Break into multiple dashboards or limit to 15 figs.
