Overview

Go Fig centralizes all your data into one hub for your organization. Connect to databases and warehouses, sync data from your SaaS applications, upload spreadsheets
  • Databases & Warehouses: Connect to data directly from its source (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL and more)
  • Sync Connectors: Automated syncs extract data from external apps (e.g. HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, Google Ads and more)
  • Uploads & Spreadsheets: Upload local files (CSV, JSON, Parquet) or connect your online spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets and Excel Live Sheets)

Best Practices

Organize data via collections: Organize related data sources in the same Collection for easier management and team collaboration.
Security: Use service accounts with minimum required permissions for database connections. Never use personal admin accounts.

How Data Connections Work

When you connect a data source to Go Fig:
  1. Secure Authentication: OAuth or encrypted credentials stored in Google Secret Manager
  2. Schema Discovery: Go Fig automatically detects tables, columns, and data types
  3. Data Access: Query directly from source (warehouses) or sync to Go Fig (apps/sheets)
  4. Always Fresh: Data stays in sync with automatic or manual refresh options
