Overview

Go Fig centralizes all your data into one hub for your organization. Connect to databases and warehouses, sync data from your SaaS applications, and upload or connect spreadsheets.
  • Databases & Warehouses: Connect to data directly from its source (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon S3 and more)
  • Sync Connectors: Automated syncs extract data from external apps (e.g. HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, Google Ads and more)
  • Uploads & Spreadsheets: Upload local files (CSV, JSON, Parquet) or connect online spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel)

Best Practices

Organize data via collections: Organize related data sources in the same Collection for easier management and team collaboration.
Security: Use service accounts with minimum required permissions for database connections. Never use personal admin accounts.

How Data Connections Work

When you connect a source, Go Fig authenticates over OAuth or encrypted credentials (stored in Google Secret Manager), auto-detects tables, fields, and types, and then either queries the source directly (databases and warehouses) or syncs it into Go Fig (apps and spreadsheets), keeping data fresh on automatic or manual refresh.
